चलो जी आज साफ़ साफ़ कहता हूँ
इतनी सी बात है, मुझे तुमसे प्यार है

In English: Fine, I will just say it plainly. It is a small thing: I love you.

When to send it: The whole point of this section, in one couplet. It does the confessing for you and makes it sound like no big deal, which is exactly the cover a nervous person needs.

Tere dar pe aake tham gaye

Naina namaazi ban gaye

तेरे दर पे आके थम गए
नैना नमाज़ी बन गए

In English: My eyes stopped at your door and turned into someone at prayer.

When to send it: When you want to say they are the whole of your attention, and say it beautifully rather than plainly. Reads equally well in Hindi and Urdu.

Khaali khaali dono thhe jo

Thoda sa dono bhar gaye

ख़ाली ख़ाली दोनों थे जो
थोड़ा सा दोनों भर गए

In English: We were both empty. We both filled up a little.

When to send it: For two people who were each having a bad year when they met. It claims nothing grand, which is why it lands.

Yunhi nahi main tum pe jaan deta hoon

Itni si baat hai, mujhe tumse pyaar hai

यूँ ही नहीं मैं तुम पे जान देता हूँ
इतनी सी बात है, मुझे तुमसे प्यार है

In English: There is a reason I would give my life for you. It is a small thing: I love you.

When to send it: The bolder half of the same song. Send this one when it is already mutual and you just want to say it out loud.
